These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.officialvongio.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by Vongio Designs and Aurevon by Vongio (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it for information about how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
5. Account, Checkout, and Customer Information
You may be able to checkout as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information, including your email, phone number, and shipping address. You agree that all information provided is truthful and complete.
6. Product Descriptions and Availability
We attempt to display product information accurately, including descriptions, sizing, notes, and photos. Colors and product appearance may vary by screen. Product availability may change without notice, including limited drops, seasonal collections, and small-batch releases.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on delivery location. Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and special pricing may be limited by time, stock, or eligibility. We may correct pricing errors at any time.
8. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order. Fraud prevention measures may require additional verification.
9. Order Acceptance and Cancellations
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or policy violations. Order cancellations after processing begins may not be possible, especially for limited drops, bespoke items, or made-to-order products.
10. Shipping, Delivery, and Local Pickup
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order size. Processing times vary by product type, and estimated processing windows may be shown on product pages. Delivery timelines may be impacted by the carrier, weather, customs, or service disruptions.
If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions will be provided after order confirmation. Customers must follow pickup instructions and provide order confirmation and identification when requested.
11. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may reship after an additional shipping fee is paid. If a refund is issued for eligible items, original shipping charges and carrier fees may be withheld. Custom, bespoke, limited-edition, and final sale items may not be eligible for refunds in these scenarios.
12. Lost, Stolen, and Carrier-Delayed Packages
Carrier delays do not automatically qualify for refunds. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, responsibility transfers to the customer. We may assist with carrier inquiries when possible, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for stolen packages.
13. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal-use products, all Aurevon fragrance products are final sale, including fragrances, discovery packs, Bespoke Minis, and scented products, whether opened or unopened. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, you must contact us within 3-5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item(s). If approved, we will replace the item when available. If a replacement is not available, we may offer store credit or another resolution at our discretion.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales may be treated as final sale. Items marked “FINAL SALE” are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
14. Custom, Bespoke, and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, bespoke, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale. Once production begins, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available except for verified damage in transit or a confirmed fulfillment error reported within 7 days of delivery.
15. Allergies, Sensitivities, and Product Use
Scent and skin reactions vary by individual. You are responsible for reviewing any listed ingredients and patch-testing when appropriate. We do not provide refunds based on allergic reaction or personal preference. Products are for external use only. Keep away from children and heat sources, and avoid spraying into eyes.
16. Intellectual Property and Site Content
All Site content, including logos, brand names, product names, images, text, designs, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Vongio Designs and Aurevon by Vongio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content without written permission.
17. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Contact
The Site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the appropriate courts located in Texas unless otherwise required by law.
