Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy explains how Vongio Designs and Aurevon by Vongio handle shipping, returns, and refunds for orders placed on www.officialvongio.com.
By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.
1. Order Processing Time

In-stock items generally ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
-
Pre-orders and custom items (including many Aurevon launches and Bespoke Minis, as well as made-to-order clothing) require additional processing and will ship according to the estimated time frame on the product page.

During busy seasons, special launches, or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Carriers
-
We primarily ship via USPS for all items.
-
For Vongio clothing orders over $150, we may ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL at our discretion for additional reliability and tracking.
Rates
-
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order size, depending on destination and service chosen at checkout.
International Duties & Taxes. Processing times vary by product type, and estimated processing windows may be shown on product pages.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
3. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may:

Reship the order after payment of an additional shipping fee; or
-
Issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping cost and any carrier return fees), if the items are eligible for return.
-
Custom, bespoke, and certain limited items may not be eligible for any refund in these scenarios.
4. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, ownership of the package is considered transferred to the customer. In such cases, we are not responsible for replacement or refund but may assist with a carrier claim if possible.

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), contact us at Vongioclothing@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or partial refund is appropriate, at our discretion.

Weather, customs, or carrier delays are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged items.

Contact us within 3–5 business days of the marked delivery date at Vongioclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
We may be unable to assist with damage reported after an extended delay.
6. Returns & Exchanges – Brand-Specific
A. Aurevon by Vongio (Fragrances, Discovery Packs, Bespoke Minis & Scented Products)
Because fragrances and scented products are personal-use cosmetic items and many are made in limited batches or custom formulas, we maintain a strict policy:

All Aurevon fragrance products are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on fragrances, discovery sets, Bespoke Minis, or any scented body products—whether opened or unopened—except where required by law or in the case of a verified fulfillment error or damage in transit.

Please read scent descriptions carefully and, where available, consider discovery sets or sample sizes before committing to full-size bottles.
B. Vongio Designs (Clothing & Non-Fragrance Items)
Vongio does allow returns or exchanges on eligible clothing items, subject to the conditions below:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, scents, or damage, and have original tags/labels attached.

Returns must be requested within 3-5 business days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, size, or a confirmed manufacturing defect).
-
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund, credit, or exchange as appropriate.
Non-returnable clothing items include:

Custom garments made to specific measurements or special instructions
-
Final sale, clearance, or sample-sale pieces
-
Items marked “FINAL SALE” on the product page
7. Custom & Bespoke Items – All Brands
This includes, but is not limited to:

Aurevon Bespoke Minis and create-your-own scents
-
Custom clothing, special-order garments, or personalized items
-
Any product clearly described as “custom,” “bespoke,” “made-to-order,” or “personalized”
Policy:

All custom and bespoke items are FINAL SALE.

No returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun, except in rare cases where we clearly made a mistake (wrong scent profile, wrong bottle size, incorrect embroidery/print from what you ordered, etc.) or where required by law.
8. Event Tickets & Workshops

Tickets for fashion shows, pop-ups, and workshops are generally non-refundable.

If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event, we may offer a new date, credit, or refund at our discretion.
-
If you cannot attend, tickets are usually non-refundable, but may sometimes be transferred to another guest if you contact us in advance and we approve the change.
9. Allergies & Personal Sensitivities

Scent and skin reactions can vary greatly between individuals.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review available ingredient information and patch-test products prior to full use.

Except as required by applicable law, we cannot provide refunds for allergic reactions or personal dislike of a scent once purchased.
10. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
To request a clothing return (where eligible) or report a problem with an order:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We will respond with instructions and, if approved, the return address and any next steps.
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may be refused.

We may update this Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our Site and Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
