Because our fragrances are a cosmetic product, we have to keep returns very limited for health and safety reasons. Please read carefully before ordering.

Change-of-Mind Returns

• Unopened, unused bottles may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

• The cellophane seal and original packaging must be intact and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, or store credit will be emailed to you. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all of our customers and comply with hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used fragrances

• Bottles without their original packaging

• Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or marked “non-returnable”

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item:

1. Contact us at VongioClothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the bottle, box, and shipping packaging.

We will happily replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you once the claim is approved.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or report an issue:

1. Email VongioClothing@gmail.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #.

2. Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return.

3. We’ll reply with next steps and, if applicable, the return shipping address.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may be refused.

Pre-Order Only

Amber Ignite, Vanilla Luxe, Sovereign Bleu, and the full AureVon collection are currently available as pre-orders.

Your card will be charged at the time of purchase to reserve your bottle.

Estimated Ship Date

• Orders will begin shipping on or before January 13th, 2026.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our lab.

Shipping Times

• United States: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country.

Alcohol Denat., Fragrance (Parfum), Water, may contain natural essential oils (citrus, florals, woods, resins and spices) and aroma molecules.

For external use only. Avoid spraying into eyes or on broken, irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Because our fragrances contain natural citrus and other essential oils, avoid spraying directly on skin that will be in strong sun for extended periods.

Flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
