1. About VonGio

1.1 What is VonGio?

VonGio is a fashion and lifestyle brand that blends elevated design with accessibility. We create limited-run clothing collections, host fashion shows and pop ups, and craft Aurevon, our in-house line of fragrances.

 

1.2 Where are you based?

We are proudly based in Texas and work with talent, creatives, and customers locally and worldwide through our online store and events.

 

1.3 What does “limited-run” mean?

Limited-run means we produce select quantities of each design. Once a style or size sells out, it may not restock, which keeps every purchase feel special and exclusive.

 

2. Clothing & Apparel

2.1 How do your sizes run?

Our pieces are designed to be flattering and comfortable with slightly generous cuts to accommodate a range within each size. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

 

2.2 Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

At this time, we do not offer full custom tailoring. However, some pieces are designed with adjustable features (ties, belts, elastic, etc.) to fit more body types.

 

2.3 What fabrics do you use?

We prioritize fabrics that balance comfort, structure, and durability, such as polyester blends, charmeuse, chiffon, and other fashion-forward textiles that drape well and hold their shape on and off the runway.

 

2.4 How should I care for my VonGio clothing?

Care instructions may vary by garment. Always refer to the label, but in general:

• Most pieces: Hand wash cold or gentle cycle, hang or lay flat to dry.

• Avoid high heat in the dryer to maintain the fabric’s integrity.

• For delicate or embellished pieces, we recommend dry cleaning.

 

2.5 Are your collections unisex?

Many of our designs are created with a fluid aesthetic that can be styled by anyone. Where a piece is designed with a traditionally “men’s” or “women’s” fit, it will be indicated on the product page.

 

2.6 Will sold-out items restock?

Some core styles may return in future collections, but most VonGio pieces are produced in limited quantities. If you love it, we recommend purchasing when you see your size available.

 

3. Fashion Shows, Pop Ups & Events

3.1 How can I attend a VonGio or Houston Runway show?

Tickets for fashion shows and pop ups will always be announced on our social media and available through our official website or authorized ticket partners. Follow our pages and join the email list so you do not miss announcements.

 

3.2 Do you host pop up shops?

Yes. We periodically host pop ups where customers can shop collections in person, meet the team, and experience the brand. Dates, locations, and RSVP details will be posted on our website and social media.

 

3.3 I am a model. How do I audition for a show?

Casting calls are shared through our official social media pages and website. Each casting will include specific instructions, requirements, and the application link or email for submissions. Only applications submitted through official channels will be considered.

 

3.4 I am a designer/brand. How can I show my collection at your events?

Designer and brand opportunities open periodically. When available, there will be an application or interest form on our website. You can also email us through the contact form with “Designer Inquiry” in the subject line.

 

3.5 Are tickets refundable if I cannot attend?

Event tickets are generally non-refundable, but they may be transferable. If you cannot attend, please reach out as soon as possible so we can let you know your options based on the event’s policy.

 

3.6 Do you offer vendor spots at your shows and pop ups?

Yes. Vendor opportunities are sometimes available for select events. Vendor details, pricing, and requirements will be listed on our application forms when spots are open.

 

4. Sponsorships, Collaborations & Brand Partnerships

4.1 How can I sponsor a VonGio or Houston Runway event?

Brands and individuals interested in sponsoring can contact us through our website contact form with “Sponsorship Inquiry” in the subject line. Please include your brand name, website or social media, what type of sponsorship you are interested in, and your ideal budget range.

 

4.2 What types of sponsorships do you offer?

Sponsorship options may include:

• Event sponsorship (runway shows, pop ups, or special activations)

• Product sponsorship (gifting, prizes, or wardrobe)

• Media and content sponsorship (photo, video, or digital campaigns)

 

Details and deliverables vary per event and level, and will be outlined in a sponsorship deck or proposal.

 

4.3 Do you collaborate with influencers or content creators?

Yes. We are open to collaborating with creators whose values align with our brand. If you are interested, please send your media kit or social handles, audience demographics, and collaboration ideas through our contact form with “Collaboration” in the subject line.

 

4.4 Can other brands be featured at your events?

We occasionally feature partner brands at shows, pop ups, or gift experiences. To be considered, please share your brand story, product photos, and how you would like to be involved.

 

5. Aurevon – Fragrances by VonGio

5.1 What is Aurevon?

Aurevon is the fragrance arm of VonGio, featuring carefully crafted scents in 10 ml and 15 ml sizes and curated discovery packs. Each fragrance is designed to feel luxurious, memorable, and wearable for everyday life or special occasions.

 

5.2 Are Aurevon fragrances handcrafted?

Yes. Our fragrances are blended in small batches with a focus on quality, balance, and skin-safe ingredients. We test each recipe to ensure a smooth opening, heart, and dry-down.

 

5.3 What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer:

• Travel / Signature sizes: 10 ml and 15 ml (new bigger sizes will be added soon)

• Discovery packs: curated sets so you can experience multiple scents

 

5.4 Are your fragrances safe for skin?

Our fragrances are formulated with cosmetic-grade alcohol and fragrance oils that are intended for external use on skin. However, everyone’s skin is different. We recommend:

• Performing a patch test before full use

• Avoiding application on broken, irritated, or very sensitive skin

• Discontinuing use and consulting a professional if irritation occurs

 

5.5 How strong are Aurevon fragrances?

Our fragrances are designed to offer noticeable presence without overwhelming the room. Sillage and longevity can vary based on your skin type, environment, and how much you apply.

 

5.6 How should I store my fragrances?

To preserve quality:

• Store bottles upright in a cool, dry place

• Avoid direct sunlight and heat

• Keep caps tightly closed when not in use

 

Proper storage helps your scent age beautifully over time.

 

5.7 Are Aurevon fragrances unisex?

Many Aurevon scents are created to be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of gender. Some may lean more traditionally “masculine” or “feminine,” but ultimately, we encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel confident.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future; updates will be announced on our website and social media if this changes.

 

6.2 How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 2–4 business days. After processing:

• Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• Delivery times may vary during holidays, launches, or due to carrier delays.

 

6.3 How are fragrances shipped since they are flammable?

Because fragrances contain alcohol and are considered flammable, they must ship via approved ground services. This may affect available shipping speeds and delivery to certain locations.

 

6.4 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website or product pages.

 

6.5 Do you offer local pickup?

If local pickup is available for certain drops or events, it will be listed as an option at checkout along with instructions and pickup details.

 

6.6 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this link to follow your package until it arrives.

 

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1 What is your return policy for clothing?

For most clothing items:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Sample” cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

7.2 Can I return or exchange fragrances?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

We may accept returns or exchanges for fragrances that arrive damaged, leaking, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos so we can assist you.

 

7.3 Are event tickets refundable?

Tickets to fashion shows, pop ups, and special events are typically non-refundable. In some cases, they may be transferable to another guest or another date if policy allows. Check the event page for specific terms.

 

7.4 How do I start a return?

To begin a return or report an issue, use our contact form or email us with:

• Your name

• Order number

• Item(s) you want to return

• Reason for the return

 

Our team will respond with next steps and instructions.

 

7.5 When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

10.2 What are your response times?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 Hours but could take up to 1–3 business days. During launches, sales, or event seasons, response times may be slightly longer, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
